I bought a refurbished laptop, and it has the someone elses password in it. how do i reset the computer.
When booting your laptop once you see the Acer logo start tapping ALT + F10 that should boot into the restore partition & let you restore to factory defaults.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

google imageburn, it's an iso burner save to desktop and install. then go to
http://trinityhome.org/Home/index.php?pid=1 and download the latest stable iso image.it has a password reset utility in it. Teas "ALL" instructions carefully as you can wipeout your HDD if not careful.
Breaking into someone elses computer without their express consent is illegal. The password will be wiped out so they will know that someone has broken into their computer. Think before you act. This infrmation is for legitimate purposes only. I do not condone entering someone else's computer without their knowledge. Myself or this site will not be held responsible for any unlawful acts or errors caused by operator judgment or error.
