Volume is Always Low when playing DVDs

When I play a DVD in my computer, the sound (speakers) is very low even at maximum volume. I don't have this problem when I am in explorer or play a CD.

Nokia 6303ci -low speaker level.Volume bar-on max. After clean -same.Someone told me that for this model is normal low speaker level, but I don`t think so.

If the original recording is on low volume then you will get louder sound on the player device while if the recording is at high volume the you get low levels on player. try recording at lower volume settings on the phone. Then when you play it it will sound louder on increased volume.

No volume sound very low at maximum

Look both at the set and the Box if used (cable or sat) to make sure volume is not turned down---also a receiver if used can do the same thing.

A quick low tech test is do you have the same problem when playing a DVD etc.

Sound is not maximum it give very low voice

Assuming that the device sound components are not malfucntioning only requires alteration of some buttons either to increase or decrease. Usually on the computer, the program from which the media is being played for example windows media player should provide the volume scroll buttons observable at the buttom of the screen for regulations. Also, asume that the windows media player volume is at maximum. The computer has a volume button that controls the entire sound from the speakers. Use the mouse to locate at the button right hand corner of screen the volume logo. Pointin the mouse arrow on the logo should receive a popup message requesting incrementation or reduction in volume controls of media being played. Increasing the computer button would produce much sound. However also, the computer speakers capacity should allow much sound. An external speaker connected to the computer may have adjsutable sound buttons that unless increased however would produce least sound. Observe an external speakers connected to the computer to see if volume bottons have be minimised.

Ihave purchase of emachine note book of acer. volume of the speaker is so low hat even one person can not hear.i have talk with service center of acer, but they told that this is a maximum volume of the...

I have had that laptop once and had the same problem. I knew that it was the maximum volume of the speaker so I purchased external USB speakers to connect to the computer and the sound was clear and loud enough to hear anything played on the computer.

Thanks

Volume low when watching dvd

Not much you can do about this. The movie industry sets movies to low volume when recording for better sound. They expect you to have the equipment to boost the sound. This cuts down on their outside noise. Only solution for this is to install external speakers as I have done for my movie or TV playing (I installed a TV adapter so I could hook up a projector and display the BIG game outside) but as you say, we couldn't hear it until I hooked up external speakers.

Loudness Equalization : on

Equalizer: Choose one (Jazz seems to be loudest setting but sounds of hallway effect so I use powerful for clarity.)

This has more than doubled the level of volume on my acer 5570.
