Most of time such issues are due to installation of sms-ware, the Java (or even s60) applications which upon running, send messages to a particular number.
If you have any applications installed check them to see if they send any message, you can do it easily by taking your sim out and running the phone in offline mode. Any such sms sent would get failed (because there is no sim in the phone) and then you can check to which no. it was sent and after which application.
Also remove the Sim from your phone for two or three days (during this period use another sim for your communication needs). After 2, 3 days put it back again and see if there is any deduction of money. If there is ANY deduction it would be because of your Cellular Network and not because of your phone and if there is NO deduction and your credit remains the same then it is probably due to your phone.
You will have to identify the source yourself and then you can proceed to eliminate the cause.
