Remote not working with jvc tv

Setup codes for Toshiba TV with One for all URC-3021 remote control are:

0154, 0156, 0060, 1356, 1656,
1704, 0650
OK.

the codes for the one for all URC-3021B00 in the book are 0178, 0180 on the webpage they also have 0003, 0171, 0463, 1034

Someone have tried have worked 0003, 0154, 0171, 0178, 0180, 0463. 1034, 0236, 0623, 0493, 1038, 1046 , 1047, 1109
