Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
I just got a replacement cect i9 phone. When I try to connect it to my PC or charge it at an outlet, it will not charge at all. The screen immeadiately goes black and shuts off when its connected to a computer or plugged in. The phone does not charge at all. I have just read somewhere that its a firmware issue or something? but I have no idea how to fix this!!!
Can someone help me??????????
I have a very similar problem. what i found is the battery does not fit tight in the phone, and the contact is lost at times. i solved my issue by placing a piece of paper, folded once, at the top of the battery, not the end where the three contacts are at. by placing the folded paper against the battery, as i place it in the phone, it makes a tighter fit, and the battery does not move inside the phone. i also think you could use clear christmas tape as well, just keep adding layers, untill you get a snug fit. i hope this helps, it's not a techinal solution, but it worked for me.
