Question about Acer TravelMate 4230-6499 Notebook
My acer 5672WLMi goes to the "acer screen while its trying to boot and then the bluesceen blinks and goes black , then the system tries to restart and the same thing repeats again.
i want to know what could be the possible problem ?
Some easy ways to fix this problem:
At first, if you have connected external devices(flash drive, SD card etc) on your laptop the remove all and restard your system.
If you have changed any Hardware recently then your driver is causing for it so go to safe mode (Rebood your Laptop then press F8 repeteadly when it boots up then choose safe mode and install recommended driver of it.)
if your problem is still on the you need to use your recovery disk (which come along with your Laptop when you buy)
and insert the dismk in dvd/cd drive then reboot syste
when it reboots the cd.. mode then hit enter before crossing 5 minutes then follow the instrcution which appears on page.
when you reach fresh install or repair mode then choose repair one (it does not delete your files which are currently available)
once it done you should be good to go.
Note: this problem happens due to virus /spy ware so you need to get anti virus sofwar for next time.
