A4tech PK-720MJ web cam causes Yahoo IM 9 to disconnect

When downloading Drivers. Make sure all applications are closed out. Try uninstalling the drivers software and re-insatalling your drivers for your Web Cam. Do you have the software for your Web Cam ? If not go to the website www.A4tech.com and search for your driver for your Web Cam.

just click the file...and click " save " to start download....using winrar (and or winzip), extract the file and install driver for your web cam

Upload software and connect webcam when prompted

1. Go to: http://www.a4tech.com/ennew/downloads.asp
2.Underthe"Downloads"section, you will find 2 fields. Click the arrownextto the fieldlabeled "SELECT" & choose "PK" from thedrop-downmenu.The secondfield will display "130MG". Click the arrownext tothis field &select "720MJ" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the "GO" button.
4.Inthenextpage: in the orange side-bar to the left you will find your webcammodel& 2 buttons. Click the button labelled "Driver For PC".Thiswillstart the download of the installer for your web cam.

Try using an updated software driver for your model.

Just visit A4tech's support and download page HERE.

Choose your model in the drop down boxes.

Download and install and you should be back in business.
