Question about Sony Handycam DCR-SR42 Camcorder
The hard drive is full on my handycam DCR-SR42. I put in a memory stick and formatted it, but I dont know what to do next to start recording on the memory stick. The handbook does not cover this. Does anyone know what I need to do?
The memory stick can only be used for taking still pictures (which are of terrible quality). Your only option for creating space on your hard drive is to delete items. Before that you can upload videos to your computer and/or burn them on DVDs. Sony actuallly has a DVD burner called DVDirect where you can burn DVDs without the use of a computer. I hope this helps.
