Save the music you have on your itunes onto your computer memory. when you plug your Sansa, just drag those files or playlist to the sansa playlist/memory.

You will have to use this to convert your Itunes files to mp3's to be able to play them on the Sansa. You will have to go to the music folder then the itunes folder then Library.

I am trying to download an audio book to the Sansa but it won't load. It appears in Windows Explorer for the Sansa, but on the Sansa itself, it does not appear or play. The suffix of the file I'm trying to...

AAX files can be played by iTunes and are also supported by the Apple iPod.
To the best of my knowledge, the Sansa unit is not Apple Ipod compatible and therefore cannot play it!
You will need to convert the iTunes AAX files to MP3 format ... providing they are not protected!

I cannot send videos to my sansa e280 ipod

First off get the arcsoft media converter 3, then drag and drop the videos you want to get on your mp3 player into the program, after it converts it loads them onto your mp3 player as long as it?s connected, this program will also allow you to download YouTube videos and put them on your mp3 player too

I want to know how to download music from itunes and other music sites to my sansa ipod.

iTunes music and video have DRM copyright protection, you can only play it on your computer or your iPod player. If you want to put them on other portable player such as Sansa, Zen, Zune, MP3/MP4 player, etc. You have to remove the DRM protection at first. I found a media converter can do that, it's easy to use and works pretty well for me, you may download it for a try.

I cannot download songs from itunes onto my sansa

This can get quite difficult due to copyright problems. Even though you legally purchased the music, ITunes uses something called Digital Rights Management to keep people from doing anything illegal with their products. In addition, the Sansa media player most likely does not support MP4 format, which is what ITunes plays music in. Hopefully, you dont have many songs you are wanting to do this with. You have 1 of 3 options that I know of:

1. -Burn all files onto a blank cd.
-Re-load the files into itunes from the blank cd (Import) (This
strips the DRM and should allow you to put the music into a
foreign player). You will, however, lose the artwork from the
songs and will have to re-name them most likely.
-You will also have duplicate songs in ITunes until you delete
the copy you dont want (or keep it).
2. Purchase a software like noteburner which can strip DRM for
you (does the same as option 1, just cleaner). Costs approx.
$35.00
3. Trade the Sansa for an IPOD.

not sure but did you convert media before you put it on your player? Some must be converted before the sync process.

Sansa e260R

You cannot - this player is incompatible with iTunes. You can either convert your iTunes songs to mp3, or get a different music service. Even though there are a few exceptions, most mp3 players other than the iPOd are not compat with iTunes (look for an AAC logo on the packaging to determine if an Mp3 player si compatible with iTunes).

ITunes and sansa

it is not possible. unless you have an AAC/MP3 converter, it won't go on the sansa. apple format is not compatible with sansa players. however, there are a number of free or inexpensive sites where you can get MP3 format tracks.
