Hi there

you have the sync error

This needs to be repaired.

you can send the console to Nintendo for free if in warranty, if out of warranty then this will cost you around $150, the whole process will take 4-6 weeks

I prefer the Wii repair guide Method, download the guide and follow the simple step by step instructions and fix the problem in less than an hour, no hassle, low cost everybody is happy.

Greetings,

The sensor bar cord plugs into the Wii sensor connector in the back of the Wii. I have posted the Wii manual here. If your having trouble, refer to pages 13-16 in the manual. Thank you for using FixYa! =)

Hi,

This is usually a problem caused by the motherboard. If you bought a new Sensor bar and nothing works and all controllers are synced to the system, I would send this system in for repair. As, it would take board work to get your system functioning again.

I hope I helped!, GoodLuck!

I am having a problem with the Wii sensor bar. It is

if you can't get any sensor bar to work then it has to be the main board on the Wii is bad since that is where it connects to. If your Wii is under warranty, contact the store to bring it back and get a new one.

No connection from remote to screen

Your sensor bar is definitely burned out, you can get a new wireless one at wal-mart for $20. Often wii sensor bars burn out because people put it directly on the tv instead of using the stand, the tv gets hot and the LED lights in the sensor bar burn out. If you want make sure that it's the sensor bar that's broken, get a video camera and video tape the sensor bar while it's plugged in and the wii is on, if you can't see four LED lights on each side then it's broken.

Wii doesnt turn on

Okay, I had this problem also, it made me freak out, considering it was only 1 week old! what I did, and it worked, is
1. unplug every wire connected to the system (wires to/from wall, to sensor bar, and to/from TV)
2. unplug every other thing connected to it (i.e. memory cards, older controlers, etc...)
3. let it stand off in the dark for a couple of minutes (I reccomend 5 minutes or so)
4. plug the wires back in
5. turn it on
6. put anything else back in (i.e. the memory card)

If that doesn't work, or if this keeps happening, I reccomend bringing it back to the place you bought it (Walmart, Best Buy, Circuit City, etc)
, b/c they can give you a new one, or your money back. However, the warrenty could expire, or not even exist if you bought it online, or if you've had it too long.

I hope I helped you!

The wire of the nintendo wii sensor is riped

well that basicle means that you cant play your wii because your wii motes cant register to the wii. wii sensor bars are pretty cheap and if you dont want the hassle of wires everywhere then you can just get a wireless sensor bars that are pretty pricy but not too bad. the downside of a wireless sensor bar is that the connection isnt that great and it drains battery life life CRAZY.
