How to resolve the areas of my engraver? (by 3 users)

I have a problem with my engraver dvd. I exhausted the number of times which were given to me to change the area of my engraver dvd. today it is blocked on area 2. and I stress that it does not open certain any more Cd. my engraver is a MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-850S. thanks for agreeing to help me to free my engraver. I suffer from it.

PS: I do not manage any more to engrave

i have a matshita uj-850s and this one dont read dvd please can you helm me with this problem

Unless there is a firmware update for your dvdrom on the manufacturer website to change the region, which is very doubtfull, you will have to install software, which takes over the region of the disc instaed of windows and allows any region dvd to play see below download page
