Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
Help... I can't connect my T-mobile Blackberry Curve 8320 to my 2wire router wifi at home. My iphone 3G phone connects no problem!
W002 - Wi-Fi Connection Failed
Means The phone cannot get an IP Address from the Server.
Common issues are
The signal is to weak to make a reliable connection
WEP is configured incorrectly or WPA
DHCP may be disabled, it needs to be enabled on the router
There are other more technical issues to this but without more information this should be a good start.
