WAH what does this mean. then he swapped works right..lol than whats wrong with it! i dont see if he swapped it for a new then the old must be useless to you. but i dont know which screen ur talking about the one he installed or the old one! a broken screen is not worth even looking at bro just discard it! sorry it jsut when the screens go theres not much you can do due to the fact there is now real hardware in ot um ur friend may have jipped you
Yes it can be replaced but its a little bit expensive otherwise there is an LCD screen made in china available in your area cause it is far more cheaper than the original one hahaha. For the cost I think 50 to 80 dollar for the original PSP LCD screen.
It sounds like you need a new LCD screen. That should fix the problem. They are very easy to install, just make sure you get a SHARP brand, and also be sure to get it for the right model. Currently three different types of LCD screens, one for PSP 1000 (original fat) models, one for PSP Slim (2000) series, and Slim 3000 series. They run about $50-$75 but should fix your problem. Hey it's cheaper than buying a new PSP right?
It could be the mother board or more likley the battery pack is starting to wear out.
I would suggest trying the playstation support website: http://uk.playstation.com/help-support/psp/
If you can't find anything there than try buying a new battery pack.
