You should set the Chat Audio to "Play through headphones" and hook the red and white piggyback cables into the X360 red and white RCA out's.

I cannot talk or hear my friends talking on the Earforce X31 headphones

Just replace your talkback cable, and your headset will work good as new. You can purchase the talkback cable here:

Clicking/Static Noises

If you unplug the chat-controller cable from your headset and controller, does the click/static noise go away? If yes, then you need a new chat-controller cable. Email support@turtlebeach.com for that. ------- If the noise remains even after you've disconnected the chat cable, then the problem is likely due to the presence of too many other Radio Frequency wireless devices competing with the X31 transmit/receive, especially if you have an 802.11n ("N") router made before Oct 2009. If that's the case, you should definitely contact Turtle Beach at support@turtlebeach.com and ask them for help with this.

My mic works in my own ear but when i talk online it won't make sound to the other players

That might be either a bad chat/controller cable, or it might be that the microphone has died. I think your best bet would be to contact Turtle Beach's tech support. Their email is support@turtlebeach.com.

My Turtle beach X31 keeps cutting my mic out from chat so i can't hear poeple and they cant hear me but i can still hear sounds in the head set

That sounds like the chat/controller cable might be to loose in the headset jack. Turtle Beach has a newer cable available that should fit tighter. Their email is support@turtlebeach.com.
