Question about SanDisk Sansa Fuze MP3 Player

Sansa fuse--downloading videos

I attempted to download a movie--spongebob to a sansa fuse--I went and attempted to download the media converter--while converting, it said i already had this software and needed to remove it from my laptop--i didn't know what it was referring to...but then it continued to download the converter anyways...I don't even know how to get the video on to the device...I played the movie--thinking it would download (like a CD would) and I could drag and drop it on to the playlist on to the windows media player which always pops up when I connect the sansa...didn't happen...I personally have an itouch and don't understand this shittty little device..does anyone?

How do you down load movies to sandisk mp3

Use the Sansa Media Converter to convert/transfer video files. Due to the small screen, the Sansa requires videos in a particular format and thus the need for the conversion.

The Sansa Media Converter should have installed with the rest of the software provided with the Sansa Fuze.

I can put videos or pictures on it says it has worked but when i turn it back on it iisnt on there } plz Help

You must use the Sansa Media Converter to transfer videos. If the video is DRM-protected (many of Real's movies are), it may not actually convert. But if the video is DRM-free, then the Sansa Media Converter will perform the conversion and load the video onto the player. The Sansa Media Converter may or may not recognize certain file formats, so you may need to download an additional program such as Riva FLV Encoder to convert the Real video to AVI format first - then the Sansa Media Converter will recognize the file.
