Need to register my Philips MP3 SA3020/SA3021

You can call Philips and register the product with them.
This GoGear is not compatible with iTunes.
You will need to use a converter like Media Monkey to convert those iTunes songs (AAC) format into mp3 format (but it will only convert the unprotected songs).

Then you can use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs to your GoGear.

Registering

What is your reason for registering? No need to register your mp3 player. I know someone who did not register his player and it worked just fine.
