Question about Olympus FE-130 Digital Camera
Hi, my FE-130 won't focus; even on the sight screen. When viewing a subject on the screen it's only slightly blurry, but when I half push down the "shoot" button, the whole image on the sight screen becomes a blurr of colours with no distinguishable subject. The photo is the same. I've tried rre-setting, I've tried going to a different image mode (ie landscape as opposed to auto), all with the same result. The camera will NOT focus. Any ideas or help?
It sounds like the focus motor in the lens is jammed. This could be caused by a knock or possibly sand. You could try tapping the camera (not too hard...). This might free up the motor the only other solution is to take it to a shop.
