Question about Nintendo Wii Console
Hey! My two year old also stuck some coins in our wii and my husband started to take it apart and got to where he would need a "y" screwdriver to take off the face. He went to lowes to see if they had that kind of screw driver and they had never heard of it. Do you know where we can get that and is it possible for us to take it apart? I can hear the change in the console and it's working but it won't accept the disk all the way! please help!!

Two weeks ago I had a disc stuck in my console. I got it out and but it back in to see if everything was working fine and it was. I haven't used my Wii, since then and I didn't leave any disc in the console after getting the stuck one out. Today, I got a new game from GameFly, but when I went to put the disc in, it would only go half way in. I can't figure out what's going on with mine neither. You can copy and paste this link or maybe even click on it for some help from Nintendo.
I looked it up this morning after having problems with my system. You can put your system's serial number in and in 0-30 seconds, it will tell if your warranty is still good and what options are avaible to you to have it repaired or replaced. It says they'll do their best and what ever to fix your console but if it can't be repaired then they will replace the whole system. Only problem is you might lose some or all of your saved and downloaded data. It explains everything before you make a decision. My warranty was up and for a similar problem as yours (my kids might have stuck something in there I just don't know) it will only coast me $75.00, (USD) to have it repaired or replaced. You can setup everything on their website. Good luck!!!

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
