Vaio z series audio not working - Sony VAIO VPCZ127GXB 131" Z Series Notebook PC Black

1. Check the volume settings of the computer.
2. Try connecting external headphones to check if there is any error with internal speakers.
3. Reinstall Audio drivers and its updates.
4. Click on Start, Control Panel >Hardware and sound.
5. Open sound properties windows and in the playback devices tab, check if the internal speakers/HP option is selected as the default audio device.

Note: VPCEB series computers have a known issues with the internal speakers. The best option is get the internal speakers replaced for EB series.

If you are trying to use three key combination, it will not work. Unfortunately this is a limitaion with most of the VAIO computers.

Cant find that model on the sony site, follow the instructions on the site to get the correct model number

El problema puede ser que la programacion del audio tiene que se reinstalado. Te consejo que vajas al sitio del sony y lo bajes.
