You are going to have to give $20 to get this program i am going to list. It has helped me with the same issue.. Just make sure that it scans the memory or ram because a lot of **** like node32 hides there and when you delete it somewhere else it reloads itself back into the computer. When you do the memory first it cuts off the line to reinstall itself. It is a simple interface and you can download it to get a scan and see everything it finds but have to buy in order to delete. Very effective program for a 1 time fee.

My pc crash and take time to change the page

Hi zakorbasha, you shouldn't installed 2 anti viruses in one pc. Uninstall nod32 and keep avast or you can keep nod32 and uninstall avast. Having two anti virus in one pc will make the system clash. Do that and let me know the results, thanks.

Slow computer

You can do it yourself at home =)
Download a good antivirus program and install it on your PC.
Programs like Avast, Nod32 and a million others.
Alternativly you can take it to your local computer shop to have it looked over. Please before you do, call a few different shops, prices will vary alot from store to store.

Hope that helps.

Ok then i guess you should try repairing the NORTON by running the installation again and choosing the reapir option or the next option is to use another anti virus.

you can visit www.avast.com/eng/programs.html and download avast! 4 home edition free edition.
please restart your pc before installing the avast.
after installing try updating and schedule a boot scan by
  1. cutting and pasting this "W62911071H4800A1106-PJY5XRR5" when prompted for the registration key.
  2. click on the menu icon at the top left of the avast window.
  3. click on "schedule a boot scan" and restart your pc

Good luck !!
