Buttons not working

Yesterday my reciever decided that all the buttons on the front will not work. Even the power button. However, everything works perfect with the remote. I don't know if one of my children hit some buttons that locked the front panel???? Any body with information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks -- Andrew
