The procedure is the same as it is for forwarding to an internal extension - just remember to dail the line access code (usually 9) before your cell phone number.

Try dialing 710x 165 (#) from the intercom on your phone, where x=2 for all calls, 3 for busy 4 for no answer and 5 for no answer/busy. Once you dial it, the FWD light should blink and if you press it again it will go out.
You probably just canceled the original setting.

You should be pressing 602 and not 620- 600 clears all forwarding until re-set. See the attatched video for some top up training, more of which you will find on youtube or at www.abbeytelecom.com , I hope that this helps
