Reset cmos by removing the small round cmos battery located on the motherboard for about 5 seconds, replace and reboot. All passwords should be reset to empty. Hope this helps.

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password and privileges. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Reset it.

Do you have another valid administrator account which can normally log on? If so, you can log on as the administrator to change the account you forgotten.

Or,you can think about the Windows Password Reset , it is very usefull and convenient.

At last,I suggeset you to create a reset disk after reset windows password so you will not afriad forget windows password any more.

I got the password you sent, now it's telling me I'm using the wrong email address. I only have one and it's the one I've had a long time - can't understand this.

if you have forgotten your name of a certain account they must have a utility for forgotten passwords and account names which can send you an email containing both user name and password
if they do not have this facility you might have to open another account
remembering to make a log of your user name and password

Hotmail they have a forgotten password link but you must have another email adress to send your forgotten password to
just open up another email acc at hotmail/live.com eg: lumpy9@live.com
in the right hand corner on the hotmail homepage you should see help center down in the bottom right hand corner tab click on that another page will open you should see another help center click on that again another page will open with account , calender , contacts, essentials ..........click on the account tab another page will open with if you have forgotten your password or are having trouble signing in yet another page will open get help with your password problem or signing in click on it you should see something like I forgot my password I know my password but am having trouble signing in I think someone else is using my hotmail account if you click forgot my password a reset your password option will open up with a reset your password with tab which requires your live id
Example: someone@example.com and a few characters/letters you have to type in click next you will have options to tick click in the first send me an email hope this helps

NEED HARD DRIVE PASSWORD

Remove a small coin sized CMOS battery to store all BIOS settings along with the password. To reset the password, unplug the PC, open the cabinet and remove the CMOS battery for approx. 15-30 minutes and then put it back. It'll reset all BIOS settings as well as the password and you'll need to re-enter all settings.

Under the keyboard or bottom of laptop - If you are working on a laptop computerthe location of the dipswitch (almost never a jumper) can be under the keyboard or on the bottom of the laptop in a compartment such as the memory compartment.

If it fails, then try to remove the battery for at least one hour.

I have forgotten my password on my laptop

If it's at bootup:

You need to temporarily remote the CMOS battery from the motherboard to reset the bootup password.

If it's at login:
