Fax not sending or receiving

I had the phone company confirm it's not a problem in the line.
It just stopped sending and receiving one day. I haven't made any changes in the settings from the days when it WAS working. Is there a way to "reset" the fax function? Or any advice at all?

The fax function is controlled by a fax card on the inside of the printer. Most likely, that card has failed. You will need to contact Canon to get a replacement card and instructions on replacing it.
