AT&T Call the AT&T automated system from your mobile device. Press "1" to confirm your wireless phone number. Press "3" to select Reset Your Voicemail Password. You will receive a temporary password via free text message.

I cant charge you as I am giving you the bad news. Forgetting passwords in today's world is the biggest crime. The only way out for you is to reinstall the firmware and do away with the present forgotten password. And also promise yourself never to use one as we all tend to forget them sooner or later.
To re-record greetings, enter Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your default password is 120000 if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your default password is 1020000. once you have entered the password you will see 3 selections you can make .use the three soft keys under the display and select AA (auto Attendant). next press greeting and greeting again. next it'll ask for the greeting number your probably working with greeting 1. press record to start and ok when finished. dont forget to save the greeting or it will be deleted if you exit early. hang up when finished.
If he changed the password, then reset the administrator pasword by entering feature 985 press 9, at the password prompt enter 73738767793 (resetsmpwsd) and press ok or #,press yes to reset password. password should be defaulted to 0000. then try Feature 983. if your system has 2 digit intercom #s your password is 120000 if your system has 3 digit intercom #s your password is 1020000.
press feature 983 the screen should say log: enter 1020000 (default password) if you have a 3 digit intercom number, 120000 if you have a 2 digit intercom number the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys press the mbox soft key the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys press the chng soft key enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on press ok the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys press the reset soft key press the Rls key your password should be reset to 0000
To reset password on any tel set go to main set and press feature 983 this gets you in to programming you need a password and default password is normly
120000 for 2 digit locals and 1020000 for 3 digit locals etc.enter this password and press ok go in to
mbox type in mailbox press change , press reset password. hope this works
