Good day my friend. The only solution for that problem is for you to also buy a usb external keyboard. As of what we can see you have a defective built-in mouse and keyboard. If you want you could buy a silicon keyboard that not only can be folded but also can be weather proof. I was hoping that this would help you a little. Farewell friend I'm Naldz. Have a nice day.
Sounds to be you just got a faulty keyboard from HongKong, if your old keyboard works except the the Z and the new keyboard works only with function keys, then it sounds to be that the new keyboard is not ment for your laptop. if anything you should of had the same problems as your old keyboard. try using a USB keyboard.

4. that's all, you can take keyboard out from laptop.
yeah, press F1 to start your machine. But if not working get an external keyboard and see if it will work.If it works, go to your "control panel" and Double click on "keyboard" click on "hardware" to see the number of keyboards present.. If they are 2 them try un installing the faulty one.. restart the machine and notice if the computer will recognize it..
