You need to find out what was replaced by repairer as it sounds as if the processor is shutting down due to overheating, so check for air circulation problems, or the motherboard is failing.

I bought a AF-S 55-200 VR about four months ago. Lately, the VR doesn't seem to work right. It jumps around and often produces worse results than not having it on at all. I have the kit lens that came...

If the lens is only four months old then it's still under Nikon's warranty, so there is absolutely no point in trying to repair this yourself. Faults like these are most likely to occur in the first few months of use.

Just send it to the nearest authorised Nikon service centre or if you live in the UK you can demand a refund or exchange from the retailer. Given the choice, I'd strongly recommend the second option.

My Canon S3 lens will out out and then give me lens error message. Repeatedly pushing off button and it will eventually full retract. It was dropped in sand but worked fine for about 2 months after that....

You need to take your camera to the nearest service centre to get it back into action. Whenever there is such an accident (sand, water, fell off) you should take your camera immediately to the service centre.

Hi,
This problem occurs when the main board which is also called SY-176 board starts malfunctioning and the main cause is (SYSTEM ERROE).   Therefore you have to replace the main board to solve this problem.

My ipod middle button doesnt work what can i do help

This usually happens if the membrane of the action button deteriorates and the gold plated contacts between membrane and logic board do no longer establish good contact.
There are specialized online tutorials with iPod Repair instructions that will guide you through the steps of taking it apart and cleaning the contact or replacing the button altogether otherwise you'll have to send it to any third party iPod repair service and they'll replace the membrane for you.

No power

Most times when this occurrs, there is a problem with the power supply inside the unit. It is possible that the motherboard is not telling the power supply to turn on. Any time the computer is plugged in, the power supply provides 5V as a standby voltage. Pressing the power button sends a signal for the remainder of the power supply to start up. If the 5V supply is not present, no action will occur. Try replacing the power supply.

Power on problems

Having to press the power button multiple times before the set comes on is usually caused by low standby voltages in the power supply or bad connections on the printed circuit board. The "D" board is not your problem. Most likely there is bad capacitor in the 9 volt standby supply.
