If you have a standard atx case then any standard atx power supply should work. Yes you can upgrade to one with more wattage as long as it has all the connectors you need. Hope this helps.

My laptop will not come on it makes loud noise them when I push esc key it stops. It will not bring me to the screen to login my password. When I turn it off launch starting up repair comes up,It won't...

As you said it is making loud noises, most probably your Hard Drive (HDD) have failed.

Mechanical HDD failure will result your HDD making noises, and your will not be able to repair your system using software. You have to replace the HDD.

As for your important data on your HDD seeking professional help will be an option to retrieve your valuble data, but it is quite expensive.

Computer turns on but windows does not load after the page that says acer press f2 for setup screen goes black and lights stop flashing. Tried to start in safe mode still wont go just comes to screen that...

Well in the start up process this is really what happen the first couple second of the computer starting up...
the first couple seconds after hitting the power button it does a hardware check..
All hardware passed it proceeds to the software check the drivers and stuff...
if the computer comes to a black screen after start up, or any weird writings, then basically some hardware didn't pass the test and failed causing the start up to fail...
If thats the case i would recommend taking it into a local repair store or calling manufacturer if still under the standard 1 year warranty...
nothing to lose, but a welcome screen to gain, give it a shot...

try to format the external HDD using command prompt..... type "cmd" in start & search box and hit enter... command prompt will be opened... Now type "format X:" where X=your external hdd drive letter.... if it does not format then right click on my computer icon> goto manage >select Disk management> select the external drive> right click and delete partition > again right click and select create partition > again right click and select Format drive.....
