Question about Sentry Fireproof Safe
I got a safe its a sentry BA-311023 they dont make this model anymore or have information for it i got it used i have the key in and open poped out i was playing with it closed it and clicked i dont know the factory code dosanyone cause maybe it still works the papersare inside the drawer in it or else i would have read them
If there is a reset combination it's unlikely anyone is going to tell you otherwise you would have free access to any other locked Sentry safe. A locksmith who deals with the brand or Sentry themselves will probably be able to do it for you if it's possible.

I figured it out by pressing the program/enter button after putting in the code, does not say in manual, light never turns green tho, like it states in manual a small lock appears on the screen and then it opens.other than turning key and pressing code all the other stuff I had to figure out on my own. The manual had none of it. I hope its right I tried it several times will put my stuff in today so I hope it will open when I need it to.

Try changing the batteries first. No the electronic combo would not be erased unless someone previously changed the combination. There is probably something causing the bolts to not retract. The lock may fail if there is any pressure on the bolts and or the door of the safe. Hopefully this information helps.
