Question about Kodak EASYSHARE 5500 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I try printing a page or even coping something the printer will not print. It show to get in touch with Kodak, but I can ot find any numbers or e-mail for the Kodak Company. I just put in new ink and the ESP3 will not print in black, that is when if do print. I will never but another Kodak product again. Nor will my 7 children, 35 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren, because they are sick of me calling them to see what is wrong with my printer they tell me to carry it back to the store, but you know how the stores are when you return something. I just want to be able to print without having to call someone to check this printer everytime i try to print.

P.S. The printer is not even a year old. What can I do I can not afford another printer.
Kodak Expert guy my inks were bought yesterday and today they say 30% after running the maintenece that was suggested by 3 of your techs to me and they asked for my ink #s and they are real kodak inks unless some ink co. is hijacking kodak packaging now that I dont know about I have yet to actually print anything other than 2 alignment pages and a test page so please please explain to this layman how that constitutes 70% of an ink tank these works of art need to be recalled I am returning my ink to walmart and using my refund towards a new printer I am done, I have also posted on craigs list to sell 3 kodak cameras if anyone is interested I am done w/ Kodak its sad really considering at one time I said Id never own anything but Kodak Cameras bcuz the reliability LMAO over that staement now.

All you guys i know you are all frustrated but m just trying to be helpful to you all............First thing there are lot of compatible and look alike and refilled ink cartridges available for the kodak printers which actually screws the printer........i have the whole list of numbers on the ink cartridges which are genuine and i can give it to you all if you want........to fix your issue just try and do the print head cleaning from the home center software on computer to which this printer is connected......if still the same issue then just call kodak tech support as its a print head issue.........
