My Bunker Hill Wireless Alert System #61910 beeps continuously in the loud mode. It functions correctly in the lower volume mode. Checked the batteries and they are producing the correct voltage.

A bad battery can still produce the correct voltage, until you put a load on it. So just because you pull a battery and it has the proper voltage doesn't mean it's supplying the proper voltage when installed. If you have spare batteries, try swapping them out and see if that helps.

Dell opiplex GX620

You need to enter your pre-Windows boot startup screen and set (at a minimum) the date and time. All the data that your battery powered is now gone, so you need to re-configure your BIOS.

Entering System Setup:
1. Turn on (or restart) your computer.
2. When the blue DELL logo appears, press <F2> immediately.

My dell demension E521 is giving me a "alert system battery low" message. Any suggestions?

Check the batteries voltage and check to see if the battery is being supplied charge voltage when the computer is off. If both these are good then your low battery message is in error. No charge voltage would mean faulty charger and low battery voltage would mean faulty battery.

Replaced CMOS battery, still getting low voltage alert?

Hello,

Try another battery first. Also, clean the contacts on the battery socket with a pencil eraser to remove any oxidation that may inhibit contact. Inspect the battery socket and make sure nothing is bent. Please let me know if this helps or not.

Low battery alert at start up. must always type

The only battery in a desktop PC is the CMOS battery. This is a 10c sized silver disc that is held in a plastic black clip on the Motherboard. It can be clipped out and easily replaced. they are 3.6v and somewhere like Radio Shack etc. will have them.

Recharged NIMH batteries (1.4V) are too low in voltage for Wii. Wii immediately signals "Batteries are running low". Are different batteries or a different Rayovac charger needed? Solutions please? Would...

#1 rule for batteries do not overcharge/overvolt, dispose of in fire or throw at your cat unless you like fireworks.

you will need new batteries for your wii, i have a couple of rechargeable wii battery packs that i bought from EB Games they work fine, they hold charge, and they save batteries, my fave part is where you buy 3-4 of them and you have two charging while you use the other two.

also a small tip, the nintendo wii is very anal about voltages, but a pocket flashlight isn't. you can take batteries that refuse to work in your wii and put them in your flashlight.
