Question about HP DESKJET PRINTER, HP OR COMPATIBLE
I tried to print a document earlier and i didn't like the layout of it, so i cancelled it. at the same time, i ran out of paper. so, i replaced the paper thinking it would cancel the job. it didn't print, so i assumed it did. then i tried to print another job, and it wouldn't print. i pulled up the queue and saw that the second job is on hold, pending the first job. i tried cancelling the first job again. IT'S STILL THERE! i can't get rid of it and i can't print anything else.
Goto start>Run>type services.msc>try to stop and then start print spooler service

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
