Go into internet explorer and try pushing F11 or select view from the toolbar and select full screen (bottom selection) The drivers won't help if you can view other programs normally and adjusting the screen resolution can be done from the desktop by right clicking and then clicking on properties. Then select the settings tab and use the slider to adjust the monitor.
As for drivers they are a good thing to keep up to date however i do not think this will help you at all.

Pleas don't forget to rate the solution and if you need more help i will be happy to help.

What you need to do is install the latest display drivers from Dell.
Go to Dells home page and click on support, then go to driver downloads.
Scroll down the list until you see the video drivers.
Click on the download link to the right.
Install The drivers, and then reboot your computer and you will be all set.

I just had to do this for a clients computer, so good luck to you!

You can download and install the video and device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. My dell 2400 is now set up with windows 7. I have a 19" monitor and the internet page is almost twice as large as the screen. I have to scroll to view the page and/or ctrl - to shrink the page so it...

If the Dell support does not have a Windows 7 video driver you will need to buy a new video card and not use the onboard video. Depending on what cards you already have installed and what card slots are open will dictate the type of video card you can use. The best thing to do is to take the PC to a shop which can determine what will work best in your computer. If you know which slot will be used you can go to stores like www.tigerdirect.com and see a large selection of compatible video cards. Prices vary quite a bit depending on the type of performance you want, basic for Internet to hi-end cards for gaming. Many cards now have HDMI connectors so you can use your computer on a big screen as well as on your monitor. Once you find the card you want search the internet with Google or Yahoo for the best deal.

You need to change the screen resolution to at least 10284X768<br /> Go the Control Panel - Display - Settings then change the screen resolution.<br /> If you cannot increase the screen resolution then the video driver wasn't installed or got corrupted.<br /> You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Why dell inspiron B130 has network adaptor not shows in list?

If Device Manager has a yellow ? against the network adapter then either the network card driver is corrupted or was not installed.

Hi,
The solution is simple but very many people don't know how to do it.
Basically it's like a zoom function on a web page.

If you hold down the Ctrl key and then use the + and - keys to zoom in and out on a web page. - denotes zoom out and + denotes zoom in.

Regards.
