It's tricky but under the dispenser frame they're 2 slots where u can fit a small flat bit screwdriver.. While pushing down on that frame use the screwdriver to pull the bottom of the frame to u. U will hear a snapping sound, that's normal. be gentle.... Mostly likely the bracket that hold the switch is broken..
