Hi,
Download the driver from here:
http://www.bioticaindia.com/vf0330.html
and unzip it to a folder.
Plug in the webcam. It will look for a driver but it won't find one.
Now go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager and look for a device in the list with a yellow exclamation mark next to it, double click on it and hit the driver tab. Now install driver from the folder you unzipped it to.
