Question about Kitchen Ranges
There might be three buttons under the clock
One button is for timer, one for stovetop preset and the other for oven preset.Press the second button for setting the clock.

This has been a nightmare. I just found my manual though. To set the time of day: Hold down the 2 far left buttons at the same tome (Thats the buttons with a pocture of a bell and a steaming dish). While holding down these buttons, use the + and - buttons to adjust the time. (Note, this is a 24 hour clock with no option to change to 12 hour). If you make a mistake and press a wrong button, then the manual tells you to turn the cooker off at the mains and wait a minute or two (for the clock memory to clear) before powering on and starting again
