related software) is installed on the particular computer, but you will find the tap option under the Control Panel. Open your control panel, select "Mouse" There will be a TAB in the mouse
properties called "touchpad" (surprise, surprise!) where you can toggle

You dont need to throw in the towel. This is a hardware problem drivers and all those other thing you've tried works only when the problem is software related. Please contact your retailer or manufacturer who Im sure would be able to assist you.
You didnt mention the brand and the model number of the computer..
This issue is related with driver, reinstalling the webcam driver will fix this issue.. But before uninstalling the current driver, u have to make sure that u are having the driver setup file.. If u dont have the webcam driver then u can go to the vendor website and download the driver
Or else if u have the recovery software then we can try installing the webcam driver from recovery partition
To uninstall a driver
Click START >CONTROL PANEL>DEVICE MANAGER> right click on the webcam driver and click on uninstall

I need the modem driver too. For the user who needs the wireless driver, the LM50a uses an Intel Pro/wireless 2200BG adapter. If you go to the intel page (www.intel.com) there will be updated drivers for the 2200BG adapter. I installed them and they work fine.
