Check if web site is in HOST file.
Check if any antivirus or antispy (Spybot installed?) is managing HOST file or any other exclusion list

I want to make google my homepage

Depends on the Browser you're using. In Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools then go to Options. In General Tab Click on Home Page field and type the desired web address, then click OK.

In Google Chrome click Menu Button in the Top Right Corner, then click Settings, then click "Open a specific page or set of pages" under "On startup", then click "Set pages" link and type the desired web address in "add a new page" field and click OK.

In Internet Explorer click on Tools Menu, then click Internet Options. In General tab, go to Address box and type desired web address and click OK.

Cannot contect to apache through wrt54g

Highly unlikely. That would block all HTTP sites that use Apache. Even then, how would they distinguish one web server from another type. Your error is based on a specific site, or all internet if Comcast does not show their splash page saying it can't reach a specific site.

My home page is not repsonding

You have to be more specific. Any web site can be a home page. If you're referring to the "home page" for a specific ISP (i.e. Comcast) you may have to get with them. If it's a generic web site like Hotmail or Yahoo or Google, make sure you haven't blocked the web site, or have a firewall that prevents you from seeing it.

Right click does not work when on internet page

This sounds like the publisher of the photos has put limitations on their web page that keep you from saving their images to your computer. Right clicking is easily disabled on specific web pages by the people who make the web page.

Only get 3/4 display screen on monitor

Your post is not very clear on the exact problem you are having. If your issue is that some web pages have large amounts of blank white space to the right or both left and right of the web page, then the issue is you have a high resolution LCD and the web page was written using page frames. (If this is the case, the web page is being displayed as designed and there is no fault to the system)

If that is not the issue, then post specific details as to what you are seeing and what you are doing when the issue occurs.
