I have a buzzing noise on all of my channels, what can i do?

I have the same problem.

ringing noise as soon as I plug in.

This problem may occur when some TV's are connected to a volume control converter. To correct this, decrease the TV's volume until the buzz disappears. Now use the decoder/converter volume control and increase the sound to a comfortable listening level.
