I want lucky slots deleted pemanantly from my computer
On Facebook Timeline....
Go to the arrow on the upper right hand side of your facebook window. It will say your name, home, then have the arrow.
Click the arrow and select "Privacy Settings"
Look down the page until you find "Ads, Apps and Websites"
Click Edit. Find the application and click the "x" next to it.

you will get a pop up that will ask you if you want to delete the app.

It shouldn't actually be installed on your computer but if it is we'd need to know what operating system you have to tell you the steps to delete it....Windows? Vista? 7? etc.
