TC10 - have tried the power up & down held them for 2 sec and then all the codes come up.. Brand new just finished putting it together.
I recommend that you call the factory. They have bad disegned with the hardware, they can exchange the old board by new ones without cost.
Reach them and explain the problem. go to www.bowflex.com
God bless you
SOURCE: Error Code E1
I had the same error message E1 at 10 seconds according to the LCD display on an older Treadclimber TC1000. I called Bowflex 1-800-792-6784 and first thing they told me was to check the drive sensor on the back left corner of machine. It is two wires connected by 2 white connectors that snap together. The end of the sensor has a rubber cap that is supposed to be approximately 1/8 inch from the drive pulley. The rubber cap plugs into a small hole within the "firewall" of the drive pulley, but the end of the cap does not actually touch anything. They can email you a picture of it. If it ever gets knocked loose, the machine will register this e1 error, in some cases- hope this helps.
SOURCE: calibration fail message on bowflex treadclimber.....help
Unplug your machine, restart it and try to calibrate it one more time. I had to do this with mine and it did take more than one try to get it to recalibrate again.
