KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM A RESTRICTED NUMBER WANT TO BLOCK ALL RESTRICTED CALLS

This is a service that you normally have to pay a little extra for. Contact your service provider, or check your account on their website. They will be able to give you the correct details. Each phone company operates a little bit differently than the next.
