I have a Samsung mobile phone from galaxy y, s2 n s3 the problem is sometimes I put those mobile on my table unattended I notice that my Samsung phone turn on and off on my screen display for few second it may drained may battery easily pls help us for this problem thank you ...........

This happens when two or more similar (saving one number with different names) contacts is saved on your phonebook, i.e. if you've saved my number on the sim card with a name and at the same time you have my number (same number) on your phone's memory, the caller id will not be displayed, you'll only see the "Incoming Call" or "Call". So I would suggest you to please check the phonebook and delete (keep only one per number) if there are multiple similar contacts saved on your phonebook.

You can also reset the phone to Factory default, in case there's no problem with your phonebook/contacts.

If you want to try a simple solution, Go to Settings, Wireless and Networks, then Turn on "Airplane Mode" wait until you see an airplane on the top status bar of your phone... then Turn OFF "Airplane mode"
If that doesn't work, and you want to reset your phone, take it to the place you bought it or any place that is on your carrier.
