My mouse not working (Idont know why)

I can see the light in my Wireless Optical Mouse but it not move so what I have to dooo heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp
the model of my mouse is "rfsop-48"

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud

You need to sync the mouse with the USB receiver. They'll be a similar button on the receiver. Push both at the same time.

Wireless keyboard and optical mouse


Thanks! I fixed the problem by installing a USB mouse and using fn+f9. That unlocked the mouse so I could use the pointer leaving just the keyboard problem. I then tried reconnecting the wireless keyboard (by using the button on the receiver and under the keyboard) Hey Presto!!

Microsoft Standard Wireless Optical Mouse does not move cursor


Your batteries are likely dead.....replace them and try it. Should work.
