Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Just bought Sansa for my daughter, plug into computer and a bubble pops up saying found new hardware but I can't find the MP3 player to put music onto it. Do I go through Media Player??? Help, I have to load songs so I can give to her in morning for Xmas.
Go to My Computer and then look for the Sansa 250 icon there. If it doesn't show up, unplug the USB cord and plug it in again. Once you have the icon visible in My Computer, click on it twice and open it up. To load content, go to wherever you have MP3 files or whatever and use Windows Explorer to copy the content from your computer to the Sansa. You can also manage it through Real Player or other MP3 players (Media Monkey).

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
