Question about HP Pavilion dv2000t Notebook
When it comes in safe mode ,Goto start > Run > type msconfig and hit the enter key Goto Boot option > uncheck safe boot and restart .It should start in normal mode now...

because of virus you start windows in safe mode an try booting if it work in safe mode > go to run > type= msconfig > disable all in startup, reboot windows see if it works if not please reinstall windows xp.....
