These all things are in my budget. The things I am confused in are.
First, the processor, I want to ask that is this processor good or
should I upgrade it for future benefits. Secondly, is this motherboard
be suitable for future, like I add a XFX Graphics Card to it.

Re: Which One To Choose?
What are you going to use the computer for? Gaming? Or Office use?
The processor is on the high-end. It's actually overkill for normal word processing / internet surfing. It's pretty good if the computer is for gaming.
Your motherboard is okay, but not great. Perfect for office use, but I wouldn't recommend it for gaming. It will not be very upgradable. It lacks RAID, and SLI/Crossfire support, and it only has two slots for ram, not four, making upgrading your RAM expensive.
My suggestion for a motherboard is the Asus P5N-D: http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=11&l3=627&l4=0&model=2033&modelmenu=1
That one has RAID, SLI, two PCI Express ports, four ram slots, and also has a 5.1 sound card built in.
If you do decide to upgrade your video card, I suggest an NVidia GeForce 9800 GTX. They're about $200 and quite good for gaming.
Don't forget the other things your computer needs: 450 watt PSU or better cpu fan, chassis fan thermal grease / silicone paste

I helped a buddy update his Uniden GPS (Trax350). Simply follow these steps and you should be done.
Uniden's MapTrax350 GPS device accepts voice-command programming and provides detailed audio
commands, as well, speaking aloud the map directions that are displayed
on its screen. Keeping your Trax350's firmware updated is crucial to
keeping it working correctly. Usually, you can go to a company's website
and download the latest software, but with Uniden, you must register
your product first to access the proper free upgrades. It takes minutes.
things you'll need: USB cable
1 Navigate to the link in the Resources section and fill in the required fields. Click on "Register." 2 Turn on your device and connect it to the computer using its USB cable. 3 Log in to the site with the password that was sent to your email address after you registered the device. 4 Choose "Software Upgrades." Select the MapTrax350 device, and the latest firmware upgrade will appear. Click "Download." 5 Select "Save File" and choose a location on your computer to save it to. After it has downloaded, double-click the program icon, select "Run" and follow the prompts to update your Trax350.

If you are over 18 years and still getting the same request, try to do the following things
1. Install another browser, i reckon Google Chrome, its fast, reliable and lightweight.
2. Open the browser, go to the website and register.
If you are successful with facebook registration, then try to install antivirus on your system if it is not installed on your system and keep it up to date.

i had the same problem with my computer. it may be that you have downloaded too many things. it loads onto your RAM storage, (computer files), and when it gets full, it goes onto the harddrive, (where you access files and things). clear up internet files and anything you don't need. if that is stilll slow upgrade your RAM. it fixed my pc
Well I found out that if load the the firmware upgrader on your computer and then
slide the power switch to hold position and then
keeping the select button pressed down
plug it to the computer.
Hold it for say 15 sec and then let go.
In a minute or so the firmware updater will pop up asking you to check for firmware upgrade.
choose the default and follow the prompts
