Question about Samsung UpStage SPH-m620 Cellular Phone
Ok, hold the * button and or # button. This will take it off silent mode, and the reason why it turned on is because someone had to hold the button. So try not to hold it.

You might have pressed the red END key while receiving an incoming call that's why your phone went on silent mode. Or you might have pressed the volume down button, on the right side of the handset's phone side, to select either Ringer Off, Vibrate All or Silence All.
Just try to press the volume up button to get out of Silent Mode.
