Try 0000

It's the most common passkey for Motorola Bluetooth devices.

Go to the Motorola web site and find the user manual for the H500. The instructions are there. The passcode is probably 0000.
Go to the LG manual for Bluetooth to find out how to get the phone to search for the new device when adding a device. The steps are probably something like this:
1. Turn on the earpiece and the phone.
2. In the phone menu, go to Setup or Options, then Bluetooth, then Add Device.
3. Choose Search for a Device
4. The phone will find your earpiece, so select it
5. The phone will ask for the passcode, so enter it (again, probably 0000 but check the H500 manual)
6. Wait several seconds for them to synch.
7. You are ready to go

after you connect one phone. go into phone settings and turn off bluetooth. go to second phone open bluetooth options. not put your h710 into pairing mode. once paired, go back to original phone, turn bluetooth setting back on, and both devices are now paired.

Connecting a Motorola H550 Headset and Envy 2

You will need to reset the bluetooth by... turn on bluetooth (switch towards mouthpiece), then hold both volume buttons along with the call button for 10 seconds. Turn it off (switch back), then switch on again, wait a couple seconds and it should have a full blue light. That means it is in pairing mode, then go to your cell phone in bluetooth settings and add a device, it should come up within no time. Add the device and the passcode is 0000. Enjoy being hands free!!

Motorola Bluetooth® Headset H555

Found this at another site. It worked for me. Good luck!!

Back to the phone, you want to hit "add new device". On certain models of phone you additionally have to select "search for devices". Your phone will recognize any headsets in pairing mode. When it is finished scanning, allow the phone to add your headset. It will ask you for the device pin code. This pin code will be 0000.

How to connect the bluetooth??

I used this Motorola Bluetooth manual to connect my Motorola N136/HS 850 to my LG PM 325 phone. In the attached manual: Go to "using your headset" - "linking your headset and phone" and follow the instructions. You may need to revise the steps slightly to fit the functions of your phone. I followed steps 1 and 2, skipped step 3 and instead found the bluetooth icon on my phone, selected "add new", then selected "searching and pairing" and allowed the phone to search for and pair my bluetooth device. The Motorola Bluetooth device appeared on the screen of my phone within seconds as "Motorola HS850". I selected the device on the screen of my phone and followed step 5 entering the pin code "0000" and selected "connect" on my phone to begin using my bluetooth. I hope this helps someone. I had the bluetooth paired with my red motorola raza, I just brought the grey motorola raza and I cannot get the bluetooth to pair with my new phone. It's the same exact phone, just a different color. The bluetooth is fairly new. Now the bluetooth wont come on at all since I tried to pair it with the new phone.

Pairing motorola h350 with sony ericsson w580i

All you have to do is-------- hold the call button on the bluetooth (make sure the bluetooth is off at first) hold it untill the light turns on steadily not flashing but steadily. now it is in pairing mode go to the phone turn on bluetooth, and go to handfree. now press add and it will search and hopefully pick it up.

P.S i had the same problem until i tried holding it longer :D
