Thank you for the full model number I was able to pull up the electrical schematic first turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds then back on if you get a PF just hit the cancel button it's the same as rebooting your computer, do you still have a display is the time showing if not you have either an open thermal fuse stopping power to the control or a bad control, if you have a display push and hold the cancel/off for 5 seconds this should place you in diagnostics error codes always start with an F number E number example F0E0 no errors I wish I could be of more help but I have service many oven with the exact problem you are having and it's 50/50 as to a bad control or keypad each are dependent on each other on the back of the control panel there should be a plastic packet with the technical sheet hopes this helps
the F1 code is a universal service code to ALL brand ovens and it means that one of the buttons on the touch pad has shorted out. You can clear the code by pushing clear/cancel button and if doesnt reappear it was fluke, if it reappears within 15 minutes and once again you push clear and that cycle repeats, the touch pad must be replaced
there are two boards in the oven and i would think that it is the one on the left called the secondary . if you remove the display panel you will find the tech sheet and this should help diag the problem . thermador does use fault code's and if any have displayed / in the tech sheet you will be able to tell whats going on or in this case what isn't .. mm hope this helps .. feed back pls .
I tried randomly pushing 2 buttons at a time, and when I pushed "Timer Off/On" and "Cancel" together it unlocked and is now working fine. The following day it beeped a lot for an hour or so (must have been catching up on previous pushes) but now is back to normal.
